Club General Meetings

The Club holds General Meetings of the Executive and Members as listed in our calendar.

The agenda includes reports from the President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Registrar, MX & DT Sub-Committees, Club delegates to the MNSW Council and Fairbairn Park Control Council, Outstanding Items, Items on Notice and General Business.

We meet first Wednesday of every month at 6.30pm in the Bistro of the Italo Australian Club in Forrest for a light meal and aim to start the meeting (separate room) between 7:00pm and 7:30 pm.

We encourage all members to attend and welcome your involvement in making decisions for the Club. If you have anything you wish to discuss or be discussed on your behalf, please e-mail them to the Club's Secretary.

If you are unable to attend, we will raise your written submissions on your behalf.
